Male Student #5 Huruya Sakirai is a major character from the film Battle Royale II: Requiem.

BackstoryEdit

Huruya was the brother of Saki Sakurai, a previous winner of the Battle Royale Programme who joined the Wild Seven organisation led by Shuya Nanahara. Huruya was abandoned by Saki after she killed her teacher and went on the run.

In the programEdit

His class was forced to take part in the new Battle Royale Programe in which the students had to kill Shuya Nanahara. When Maki turned off the collars the students were wearing he met his sister. Before the ATAT attack, he confrunted his sister, but she ignored him as she knew she would probably die in the attack and it would be too painful for her. Before he left, he told her he would never forget her and began to run. Saki was killed in the attack while Haruya escaped.
