Ryubi (リュウビ, Ryubi) is a minor character in Battle Royale.
Backstory[]
Ryubi was Kazuo Kiriyama's childhood neighbor who accidentally broke one of Kazuo's toys. Kazuo wasn't too upset by this and built a robot out of Legos to amuse the baby. It's possible that after the accident, Kazuo stopped playing with Ryubi since he bored him.
Etymology[]
- The name Ryubi is written in hiragana (リュウビ), which has no special meaning.
